Please note that we cannot ship to any P.O. Box or Feltpost addresses as we must have a street name and number.
Mistakes can happen. If you have mis-typed your address or failed to provide a correct email or phone this can delay your parcel arriving. In the event that there is a problem with your delivery or it does not arrive you will need to let us know within 10 days, so that we can correct any problem with your delivery information.
If selected this service is usually 3-5 working days with royal mail second class, however during busy periods this may take longer. Please note that with this option your order is not trackable and is at your own risk.
Shipping is Via a "Must be Signed for" Courier Service and is dispatched using a Next Day Service, which guarantees delivery the day after we dispatch your order. This may not necessarily be the day after you order, this depends on how busy we are and if it coincides with deployments. A tracking number is provided and you will be contacted via email and SMS text if you provide us with your mobile number during the checkout to inform you that your order has been shipped.
If you request a saturday delivery please call 01642 612524 and we can arrange this for you, as Saturday is not part of the working week.
Delivery to BFPO addresses can take from 1 week to 4 weeks and APOs can be even longer as they enter the US Postal Service and are routed via New York ( APO and BFPO shipping is at your own risk as we cannot track due to the US system ). The weight limit for BFPOs is now 2.5 Kg and APO shipments is 2.0 Kg per individual parcel. If your order is in excess of 2.0 Kg we will divide it up into numerous parcels, please be aware that although these are shipped from us at the same time they might not arrive together on the same day.
