When returning an item it must be in the original packaging and saleable condition. We will not exchange or refund until the goods are returned to us. Damaged goods will need to be assessed on a case by case basis
In order to deal with your return we will need some information included with the parcel.
This is the bare minimum requirement we need to deal with your return. More information would be better. Failure to provide this information may result in extra time spent sorting out your issue.
Our 28 day approval guarantee. If you wish to return an item you can do so within 28 days of delivery providing the goods have not been used or worn. Please return with a copy of the original paperwork to the address at the top of the packing note. We will refund the cost of the item(s) to your original payment method. Please allow 14 days for your return to be inspected and credited. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that our standard delivery is free of charge, therefore, there will be no refund for delivery costs if you choose a more expensive delivery option.
